4. Quotes and Charges

Shipping quotes are estimates and may vary based on cargo weight, dimensions, destination, service level, and customs conditions. Final charges will be confirmed upon shipment acceptance.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Shipments must be booked in advance. Clients may cancel a shipment before loading; cancellation fees may apply.

6. Liability

Fast Cargo is not liable for:

✅ Delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or other uncontrollable events

✅ Losses due to improper labeling, documentation errors, or undeclared items

✅ Damages unless proven to be due to our negligence

Our liability is limited to the lesser of the declared cargo value or the amount specified in the applicable transport regulation.

7. Claims Process

All claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of delivery. Include all shipment details, photos, and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted beyond this window may not be honored.

8. Insurance

Clients are advised to purchase insurance for valuable goods. We are not responsible for uninsured losses or delays caused by third parties.

9. Payment Terms

✅ All invoices are due within 30 days of issue.

✅ Overdue accounts may be charged interest at 1.5% per month.

✅ Prepayment may be required in some cases.

10. Lien & Storage

We reserve the right to hold shipments until all outstanding payments are settled. Additional storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Communication Opt-In
